Returns & Refunds

We want you (and your pets!) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, no worries you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To get started, just drop us an email at wagsdunblane@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

or, if it’s easier, we can help arrange a collection—just let us know what works best for you.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If something’s not quite right whether it’s damaged, faulty, or the wrong item just let us know as soon as you can and we’ll sort it out quickly for you.


Items That Can’t Be Returned
We’re happy to accept most returns, but unfortunately we can’t take back sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you’d like to swap something, the easiest way is to return the item and place a new order for what you’d prefer. This helps make sure you get the replacement as quickly as possible.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason—no explanation needed.

We just ask that items are returned in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll check it over and let you know when your refund has been approved. If everything looks good, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider might take a little longer to process the payment.
